Essential of a perfect Support Specialist:

  • Experience in a 2nd line support environment

  • Proven Agile way of thinking

  • Understanding of CI/CD (continuous integration/ continuous delivery)

  • Proven Ability to identify inefficiencies in the process and provide written recommendations with improvements

  • Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

  • Detail oriented way of work

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of HP ALM, HP Quality Center, Jira, or similar tools

  • Able to collaborate with various technology and business teams to set up and run the issue triage

  • Able to escalate the issue to the appropriate support level based on the project issue processing

  • Able to document the issue and follow-up updates to the client’s defect repository

  • Able to summarize the daily status for each individual shift, and communicate them to the central team for status aggregation and consolidation
